The Depot is a narrow gauge engine sheds for the Skarloey Railway engines and rolling stock, located near Bluebell Valley Station. Since the sixth season, it has replaced the original sheds at Crovan's Gate.

The Depot is the main engine sheds on the Skarloey Railway, where the narrow gauge engines and rolling stock rest when they are not in use. The shed is made up of a long, double track brick shed, a smaller, single track brick shed, and a two-road opened wooden shed.
There is a small goods station close by to the engine sheds, where goods to the railway are delivered. There is also a small house near the goods station, where Mr. Percival and his family live. Since the sixteenth season, the Bluebell Branch Line passes through the Depot, right between the goods station and sheds.
